love that lasts 60 years is about the every day…

Umbrellas have always been a symbol of love in my family. Shortly after my grandparents were married in 1956, they chose a secret way to say, “I love you.”

They chose, “Don’t forget your umbrella.” To this day, they sign their letters to each other with an umbrella and their saying has become a household phrase for my family. I’m here to help capture your

“I love you.”

Hi, I’m Abbey!

I’m passionate about storytelling and documentary photography. I studied photojournalism in college and fell in love with capturing moments in time that hopefully will be looked back on for years to come.

I studied abroad in college which really shaped my view of the world and photographing in different cultures. Travel is always a priority for me and trust me, I’ll find a way to get to your wedding!

Some facts you don’t need to know about me:

I have circumnavigated the globe in just over 100 days.

I visited 10 countries during college.

My favorite instagram is @ihavethisthingforfloors.

I freaking love dogs and I love it when clients bring them along.

My favorite show is The Office and I quote it a lot.

Hear me out, I believe Pride and Prejudice (2005) is a cinematic MASTERPIECE, and I watch it once a month.

A look into my travels

One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was studying abroad with Semester at Sea, a floating campus that circumnavigates the globe in just over 100 days. I visited 11 countries while accumulating college credit along the way. This voyage was truly transformative and opened my eyes to so many things I never knew I could experience. It’s made me yearn to keep traveling, keep documenting, and keep seeing the world differently. Below is a look into that transformative season of my life.
